Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Official Rules.

1. The Giveaway

The Giveaway is promoted and administered by Exotic Academy (“Exotic Academy”, “the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

There are two prizes and two separate winners. Winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is intended to be open internationally, except where participation in the Giveaway or receipt of a Prize is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

Employees, staff members and instructors of Exotic Academy, as well as contractors directly involved in administering the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of a potential winner’s identity, age, eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules before confirming or awarding a Prize.

Individuals or territories subject to applicable trade, economic or financial sanctions, or where the Promoter is legally prohibited from providing a Prize or making a payment, are not eligible.

Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a Prize is lawful in their country or jurisdiction.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Holding a paid Exotic Academy membership or making a purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Exotic Academy offers free membership with access to selected training content. Entrants may use this free content to create a qualifying entry. A paid Exotic Academy membership is therefore not required.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries must be received no later than 03 October 2026 at 23:59 BST (UK time).

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

The Promoter’s records will determine whether an entry was received within the Giveaway period.

5. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must complete the Giveaway entry form and submit the required videos through the official Giveaway entry page:

The entry and required video submission must be received before the Entry Deadline.

Entries submitted through other channels, including email, direct message or social media, will not be considered unless expressly approved by the Promoter.

A qualifying entry must contain at least two videos showing visible progress resulting from training with Exotic Academy content.

The progress may:

• take place during a single training session;
• develop across multiple training sessions or over a longer period; or
• be demonstrated using older footage where the entrant has previously trained using Exotic Academy.

Both free and paid Exotic Academy training content may be used.

The entrant must be the person whose training and progress are shown in the submitted footage.

A minimum of two videos is required. Entrants are welcome to submit additional videos where these help demonstrate their training journey or progress.

Additional videos do not create additional entries or increase the entrant’s chances of winning.

One entry per person is permitted.

6. Video Quality and Format

Professional filming, professional equipment or professionally edited footage is not required. Videos recorded on a phone or other personal device are welcome.

Videos may be vertical or horizontal.

Submitted footage must be of sufficient quality for the entrant, their movement and the demonstrated progress to be reasonably clear and visible.

Where relevant, the camera should capture enough of the entrant and the movement being performed to allow the progress to be understood.

Footage should not be so dark, blurred, obscured, corrupted or otherwise unclear that the entrant’s training or progress cannot reasonably be seen.

The Promoter will not reject an otherwise valid entry merely because the footage is not professionally produced. However, footage that is technically unusable or does not allow the claimed progress to be reasonably identified may not qualify as a valid entry.

7. Submission Requirements

Entries must genuinely represent the entrant’s own training and progress.

Normal editing — including trimming clips, combining footage, changing format or adding captions — is permitted. Content must not, however, be manipulated in a way that materially misrepresents the entrant’s progress.

The entrant must own or have sufficient rights and permissions to submit the content.

Any other identifiable person appearing in submitted content must be at least 18 years old and must have consented to being filmed and to the submission and permitted use of that content.

Entries must not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or seriously inappropriate content, or content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

The Promoter may reject an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, corrupted, inaccessible, submitted after the deadline or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

8. Third-Party Music and Content

Entrants should only submit material that they have the right to submit.

Where submitted footage contains music or other third-party material, submission does not represent or guarantee that the entrant is granting Exotic Academy commercial rights to that third-party material.

Exotic Academy may mute, remove or replace audio or other third-party material before publishing, editing, advertising or otherwise using submitted content.

Exotic Academy may decline to use submitted content where it reasonably believes its use could infringe third-party rights.

9. The Prizes

There are two prizes and two winners.

Each entrant may win a maximum of one Prize.

Prize 1 — 12-Month Exotic Academy Membership

One winner will receive 12 months of full Exotic Academy membership, with an approximate retail value of US$228.

The Prize must be redeemed within three months of the date on which the winner is notified.

If the winner does not have an active paid Exotic Academy membership, the 12-month membership may be activated at any time within this three-month redemption period.

If the winner already has an active paid Exotic Academy membership, an additional 12 months of paid access will be added to the end of their existing paid membership period.

The membership Prize:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be applied retrospectively to obtain a refund for membership already purchased;
• cannot be used to obtain a refund of an existing subscription; and
• is non-transferable unless Exotic Academy expressly agrees otherwise.

Failure to redeem the Prize within the applicable redemption period may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Prize 2 — Dance Heels Prize

One winner will be entitled to reimbursement toward the purchase of one pair of eligible Dance Heels and standard delivery, up to a combined maximum value of US$150.

For the purposes of these Official Rules, “Dance Heels” means specialist high-heeled footwear designed and marketed for pole dance, exotic pole, heels dance or similar forms of dance training and performance.

Ordinary fashion footwear, trainers, general-purpose shoes and footwear not specifically designed or marketed for these activities are not eligible.

The winner may select an eligible pair from a retailer of their choice, provided that the retailer lawfully sells and delivers the selected footwear to the winner’s country and delivery address.

The winner is responsible for selecting the retailer, product, size, style, colour and any other product specifications.

The winner must purchase the Dance Heels and provide Exotic Academy with a valid itemised receipt or order confirmation showing the retailer, eligible footwear, purchase price and, where reimbursement is requested for delivery, the standard delivery charge.

The purchase must be made after the winner has been notified, and valid proof of purchase must be submitted to Exotic Academy within two months of the date of winner notification.

Exotic Academy will reimburse the actual eligible cost of the Dance Heels and standard delivery, up to a combined maximum of US$150.

If the combined eligible cost is less than US$150, only the actual amount paid will be reimbursed. The unused balance will not be paid in cash, credited or otherwise provided to the winner.

If the combined eligible cost exceeds US$150, Exotic Academy’s maximum reimbursement remains US$150.

For example, if the footwear costs US$120 and standard delivery costs US$10, the eligible reimbursement is US$130. If the footwear costs US$150 and standard delivery costs US$10, the maximum reimbursement remains US$150.

The Prize applies to one pair of eligible Dance Heels only and may not be used to purchase gift cards or unrelated products.

Where a purchase is made in a currency other than US dollars, Exotic Academy will determine the US-dollar equivalent using a reasonable prevailing exchange rate when processing the reimbursement.

Reimbursement will be made using a reasonable payment method agreed with or selected by Exotic Academy. Exotic Academy is not responsible for receiving fees, currency-conversion fees or other charges imposed by the winner’s bank, payment provider or financial institution.

Costs Not Covered

The Dance Heels Prize does not cover:

• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• customs clearance or handling charges;
• expedited or premium shipping above standard delivery;
• shipping insurance;
• return or exchange costs; or
• other ancillary expenses associated with purchasing, receiving, returning or exchanging the footwear.

The winner is responsible for selecting a retailer that delivers to their country and address and for any customs, import or local requirements associated with receiving the footwear.

Sizing, Returns and Retailer Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for selecting the correct product and size.

Exotic Academy is not the seller or manufacturer of the footwear and makes no representation or warranty regarding its sizing, fit, quality, availability, delivery, safety or suitability.

Returns, exchanges, defects, warranties and disputes concerning the footwear must be handled directly between the winner and the relevant retailer or manufacturer in accordance with their applicable policies.

If a purchase for which reimbursement has already been provided is subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded, Exotic Academy may require the winner to return the corresponding reimbursement.

Alternative Direct Purchase

At Exotic Academy’s discretion, where a winner is unable to purchase eligible footwear in advance, Exotic Academy may agree to arrange the purchase directly on the winner’s behalf.

Any such arrangement remains subject to the same US$150 combined maximum Prize value and applicable Prize restrictions.

Exotic Academy is not required to offer direct purchase as an alternative to reimbursement.

10. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries using a random-selection tool.

The draw is expected to take place on 5 October 2026.

The two Prizes will be drawn separately.

Once an entrant has been selected for one Prize, that entrant will be removed from the pool before the second Prize is drawn. No entrant may win both Prizes.

Selection in the draw makes the entrant a potential winner until their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been confirmed.

11. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address supplied with their Giveaway entry.

A potential winner must respond within seven days of the initial winner notification.

If a potential winner:

• does not respond within seven days;
• cannot reasonably be contacted;
• declines the Prize;
• fails to provide reasonably requested eligibility information;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• has otherwise failed to comply with these Official Rules,

the Promoter may disqualify that potential winner and randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Entrants are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

12. User-Generated Content and Licence

Entrants retain ownership of their original submitted content.

By entering the Giveaway and submitting content, each entrant grants Exotic Academy a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to store, copy, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, communicate, adapt, edit and otherwise use the submitted content in connection with Exotic Academy and its business, educational, promotional, advertising and marketing activities.

This includes the right to:

• publish and repost submitted videos;
• extract and use clips, still images and screenshots;
• crop, trim, resize and reformat content;
• combine clips or content;
• add subtitles, captions, text, graphics, logos, animation, voiceover or other creative elements;
• mute, remove or replace audio or music;
• adapt content for different platforms, formats and placements;
• use content on Exotic Academy websites and digital platforms;
• use content on social-media and video platforms;
• use content in emails and newsletters;
• use content in promotional and marketing materials;
• use content in paid digital and social-media advertising; and
• permit agencies, contractors, advertising platforms, service providers and other parties acting on Exotic Academy’s behalf to process and use the content for these purposes.

Where permitted by applicable law, this licence also includes permission to use the entrant’s first name, submitted social-media handle, image, likeness and voice in connection with the content.

No additional payment, royalty or compensation will be due for these uses.

Exotic Academy is not required to publish or use any submitted content.

Entrants acknowledge that their content may be edited or adapted and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree that individual edits or uses do not require further approval.

Nothing in these Official Rules transfers ownership of the entrant’s original content to Exotic Academy. The licence is non-exclusive, and entrants remain free to use their own content.

Entrants confirm that they have sufficient rights and permissions to grant the rights described in this section.

13. Physical Activity, Safety and Assumption of Risk

Pole dance, exotic pole, heels dance, floorwork, flexibility training and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including falls, strains, sprains and other injuries.

Participation in training and in this Giveaway is voluntary.

Each entrant is responsible for assessing their own ability, physical condition, experience, training environment and equipment before attempting any movement or activity.

Entrants should follow appropriate safety precautions, use suitable equipment and training environments, follow relevant instructions and progressions, and avoid attempting movements they cannot perform safely.

Nothing about the Giveaway requires an entrant to perform a particular trick, movement or level of difficulty.

Entrants should stop training if they experience pain, dizziness, illness or another indication that continuing may be unsafe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants voluntarily assume the ordinary risks inherent in the physical activities they choose to perform in connection with their entry.

Exotic Academy is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from an entrant’s voluntary participation in training or performance activities except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. No Affiliation With Third Parties

This Giveaway is independently promoted and administered by Exotic Academy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any footwear manufacturer, dance footwear brand, retailer or other third-party brand whose products may be selected, purchased, mentioned, displayed or used by an entrant or winner.

References to Dance Heels, footwear or other third-party products are descriptive only and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

The Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release such third-party platforms from responsibility relating to the administration of this Giveaway.

15. Right to Disqualify

Exotic Academy reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant or entry where it reasonably believes that the entrant:

• has breached these Official Rules;
• has submitted false or misleading information;
• has submitted content that does not genuinely represent their own training or progress;
• has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process;
• has attempted to obtain multiple entries contrary to these Official Rules;
• has engaged in fraud, cheating or other unfair conduct;
• has infringed another person’s rights;
• has submitted prohibited or seriously inappropriate content; or
• is otherwise ineligible.

Exotic Academy may request reasonable information necessary to investigate suspected fraud or eligibility issues.

16. Technical Problems and Failed Submissions

Exotic Academy is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected or inaccessible as a result of technical problems, internet connectivity, device failure, third-party services, platform outages or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Attempting to submit an entry does not guarantee that the entry has been successfully received.

Where reasonably possible, Exotic Academy may contact an entrant regarding an obvious technical problem with a submission but is not obligated to do so.

17. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Exotic Academy reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Giveaway or these Official Rules if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being administered fairly, safely or as originally intended.

Such circumstances may include technical failures, fraud, security incidents, legal or regulatory requirements, platform failures, natural disasters, serious disruptions or other events materially affecting the Giveaway.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through Exotic Academy’s website, social-media channels or other appropriate means.

Exotic Academy will endeavour to ensure that modifications do not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already submitted valid entries.

18. Prize Availability and Substitution

Prizes are subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

If an advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably or lawfully be provided due to circumstances outside Exotic Academy’s reasonable control, Exotic Academy may substitute it with a prize of reasonably equivalent value.

Except where expressly provided in these Official Rules, Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

19. Taxes and Other Obligations

Any tax liability arising from receipt of a Prize is the responsibility of the winner unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Winners are responsible for determining and complying with any tax, customs, reporting or other legal obligations applicable to them as a result of receiving a Prize.

20. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be processed for purposes including administering the Giveaway, receiving and validating entries, communicating with entrants and potential winners, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, providing or reimbursing Prizes, preventing fraud or misuse, complying with applicable legal obligations, and exercising the content rights granted under these Official Rules.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Exotic Academy’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications where separate consent or another lawful basis is required.

Where entrants separately choose to subscribe to marketing communications, those communications will be governed by the applicable Privacy Policy and available unsubscribe options.

21. Winner Publicity

Subject to applicable law, Exotic Academy may announce or identify confirmed winners using limited information such as their first name, social-media handle or country.

Where legally required, winner information may be made available in accordance with applicable promotional laws.

Use of submitted content, likeness and other materials is otherwise governed by the licence in Section 12.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exotic Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Giveaway, attempted submission of an entry, use or inability to use a Prize, third-party retailers or services, delivery problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Exotic Academy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, policies or failures of independent retailers, footwear manufacturers, delivery companies, payment providers, social-media platforms or other third parties.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability or statutory or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Sanctions and Legal Restrictions

No Prize, reimbursement, payment or other benefit will be provided where doing so would cause Exotic Academy to breach applicable sanctions, export controls, financial restrictions or other applicable law.

If legal restrictions prevent a selected potential winner from receiving a Prize, Exotic Academy may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

24. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights or protections an entrant may have under the laws of their country of residence.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any dispute relating to the Giveaway should first be raised with Exotic Academy so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter reasonably.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. Administration and Decisions

Exotic Academy is responsible for administering the Giveaway and determining whether entries comply with these Official Rules.

Where a decision is required concerning eligibility, validity of an entry, Prize administration or interpretation of these Official Rules, Exotic Academy will make that decision reasonably and in good faith, subject to applicable law.

27. Acceptance of the Official Rules

By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they:

• are eligible to enter;
• have read and understood these Official Rules;
• agree to comply with them;
• confirm that their submission genuinely represents their own training and progress;
• have the necessary rights and permissions to submit their content and grant the licence described above; and
• voluntarily agree to the terms governing participation in the Giveaway.
